Too lazy for bloodwork, how do i dose armidex so I dont get gyno at 500mg test.

Ive been doing 250mg test recently, and have no really seen much sides at all so i felt no need to use my ai. I wanna hop up to 500mg of test and just start using it without doing bloodwork, cause lets be honest thats like 25 minutes of my time and a decent bit of money and ts aint worth all that, does anyone have recs to just dose it so I keep my E2 balanced??

1. not worth time, energy, and money to me, i got better shi to do, bloodwork is cope i am doing this anyway
2. no risk no reward type shi
3. if I take armidex at a dose that I am looking for, I really can't have high E2, so all I need is a basic dosing guide, which apperntly nobody has on the internet

If your using aromasin I would try 2x a week and if that’s too much go to 1 and so forth

im jealous because where im from you can't do bloodwork without your parents if you're under 18 so I will have to do things blindly too
