Lookism is the idea that in society ,looks determine how you are viewed and placed in the hierarchy regardless of what you do.

Blackpill is the idea of a genetic limit that everyone possesses, however this limit is closer for some than for others. This limit can be the performance in anything; sports, academia, music, etc. It also englobes the genetic limit for looks of course, which is where I assume the confusion is coming from.
