Too much acne after every shave. What to do?

Everytime i shave i get pimples and razor bumps and redness. I shave in one direction most of the time but opposite aswell and both cause me acne and my skin is now turning into shit skin. Especially my hyoid skin was look extremely shitty today and i didn’t shave again. I use good shaving foam and razor and a shaving balm. What more could i do to prevent them and get a clean shave without any side effects?

get a good razpr with sharp blades
use after shave
use razor foam before
moisturize after so the alcohol in the aftershave doesnt dry out ur skin
