Too much facial fat

One of my biggest problems is that alot of my fat gets distributed to my face like I have a really chubby face even tho I’m lean enough to have visible abs or do you thinks it’s a bone issue to where i actually don’t have enough bonemass for my face to look lean anyway and how do i fix it aqualyx or by cutting?? Obviously cutting will fix it but if aqualyx is the right option tell me the source to get it cheaply shipped to Australia without getting seized and if there’s anything else lemme know
