Plus cycle senolytics.

imho it makes more sense to maximize periods of high MTOR and periods of LOW MTOR, so that the body is more focused on building it self back up, and repair and cleaning for example clearing protein aggregates.

Over consumption of carbs but fructose is more prone to causing so avoid fructose

Hard if american cause they use alot of high fructose corn syrup there in alot of the foods in packaging etc.
 
sadly the ideal diet and lifestyle for longevity isn't actually enjoyable or productive in reality.

Nutrition science is hard.

Pure Carnivore hasn't been tested so we don't know if it leads to a longer life or a shorter one. As far as diets that have been tested, Mediterranean has the has the most data to show it at least doesn't shorten lifespan.

Carnivore might be best for muscle building and staying lean. I know I said periods of "maximize MTOR", but that's only if you want high muscle mass.

semen retention is more important then diet anyways,alot of the general population like 20 percent eat clean low protein and still age terriblly, all asian ppl eat like this and look like shit by 60

I don't overthink the gym. I train hard and go home.

My research is into anti-aging, and I'm doing a better job at that than 99.9% of people minimum.

At least three days. You have some autophagy but if you want full anti-aging benefits you want Stem cells, and regeneration of the immune system.

The immune system is anti-aging, and when that starts to break down aging accelerates so you want to regularly regenerate your immune system, which takes more than three days of fasting.

These can help for fasting, but I've found they spike hunger and food cravings a huge amount for me, usually resulting in me breaking the fast within 4 hours of consuming even a little with water.

Recycling pathways can get better so you don't loose electrolytes during fasting, or not as much. So I only take during emergencies.

5. Green Tea Extract (EGCG, 200-400 mg/day):

Buy: NOW Green Tea Extract.

Take: Once daily in the morning for enhanced autophagy.
I did this, but found is highly disrupted my sleep because of the caffeine, even if taking first thing in the morning.

It wasn't worth the aging damaged caused by caffeine.

Also, green tea has ant-aging effects because it's damaging to the cells, and the healing response is anti-aging, same with exercise, cold exposure, and many other anti-aing therapies.

So you have to be carful that your body is in balance, and you don't take the damage too far accelerating aging. So imho weather green tea is going to be anti-aging or pro-aging depends on both how well you can tolerate caffeine and how much damage your body is taking already from your life style, and exercise.
