im on 2mg and I can barley eat. I'm not trying to starve because I'm 16 so I'm drinking a lot of milk because its easy to get down

Exactly what kind of spastic would pin reta at 16? You need to be maximising your nutrition so that you can grow as much as possible. Eat normally and continue to drink shitloads of milk for the IGF-1 boost.

Ignore this if you want to be a manlet.

I got crazy suppression at the start on 1mg now im up to 2.5mg (although I haven't pinned in 2 weeks and still feel it)

You shouldn't be in any deficit period if you want to maximise your height growth. The next two years of your life are crucial for that. I wouldn't consider using reta until you're at least 18, when you can be sure that you're not going to be growing any further. Nobody cares if you're leanmaxxed when you're a manlet.

Keep in mind that inadequate nutrition will also fuck with your facial bone development. So you should ask yourself why the fuck you'd want to be leanmaxxed if you have absolutely no bone structure to speak of.

its for a couple months until I get lean. I'm gonna be surplusmaxxing once I'm 10-12%

So what exactly is even the point of you leanmaxxing then, If you're just gonna immediately bulk afterwards?

not bulk, slight surplus and im not 5'6 so its not a big deal
