Too much screral show theory

So from old pictures I came with the theory that minoxidil/bimatropost might have melted my under eye area fat storage therefore lowering my bottom eyelid therefore giving me too much screral show

Is it possible that actually happened?
Also how can I fix it?Will volufilline help with that?

yes. happens to a certain amount of people. Some say its irreversible. but it might be fixable by just Ldar
