I’m 16 y/o, 175 cm. Yeah, I know I’m nearing the end of my growth window and it’s honestly starting to hit me. I feel like if I don’t do something now, I’m gonna be stuck in manlet purgatory forever. I’ve read about somatropin and other GH-related stuff — is it actually worth trying at this point or just expensive cope?

Also, any legit supplements that still do something at my age? I’m trying to max out whatever time I’ve got left. Don’t hit me with “accept yourself” takes — I’m here to fix things, not cope harder.

so what do i do
nothing? 175 isnt death tier in most countries, wear lifts and learn to dress for your body type. proportions also play a role in how tall youre perceived

Yeah, I get it. I’m at 175, and honestly, it feels like it’s over for me. The height thing is something I can’t change without drastic measures, and honestly, I feel like if I don’t do something about it soon, it’s just going to keep holding me back. Might just have to rope or find something else to cope with it at this point.:feelsuhh:

go to the doctor, check your growth plates, start using Aromatase Inhibitors with caution to delay growth plate closure, and GH to stimulate growth (you can also add test or oxandrolone at low dosages such as 5-10mg daily, consider enclo with it.)

how much have you grown since last year, xray is the only way to be sure

Probably is, the majority of people just don't want to accept that and will have to find out the hard way. Acceptance hurts way less than shattered long-term cope.
