I'm hungry af yet any attempt at eating makes me feel disgusted and I can't properly swallow anything due to gag reflex.

before i started lifting i used to weigh 53kg years ago, i was skinny as hell. now a days i just eat what ever, Last night i had a whole bowl of peanut butter as a snack.

yeah i was a hardgainer i could not gain weight i used to play football as a kid allot of running and biking was done, burned everything.
but this was years ago, everywhere i went people kept saying im skinny bla bla bla, not anymore tho pure muscle right now. big man ting.

i have the same physique as Cristiano Ronaldo at the moment, but im currently clean bulking since the start of this year, will be doing this whole year around.

Most foods taste weird and have a bad texture to me. I’m a very picky eater tbh..

I have a feeling my subhuman eating habits since early childhood hindered my growth.
