It did knock me out in the end and got some uninterrupted sleep for once
Felt groggy as shit in the morning, went away as I got on with the day
Bit depressed throughout the day, also went away in the evening
I want to try this brainwash protocol by Leo (RIP)

but I don't have the luxury of free time to be depressed and low dopamine throughout the seroquel phase

Sedative effects wore off pretty fast
I don't feel that different during the day except some increased irritability and aggression
I feel like jumping out of my chair and starting to slit people's throats and bash their heads in with blunt objects
I'll take it for a few more days and stop

Yeah I'll suck it up if I have to suffer some insomnia
I've had brutal insomnia from other psych med withdrawal before
I doubt it will be as bad this time because I kept to low doses

Why didnt you just take melatonin or cough medicine. Weed normally helps me

Weed helps a bit to fall asleep but it's shit sleep and I don't feel rested in the morning
