Hey guys I started DNP cycle

in the morning I took 500mg DNP but I didnt feel much effects like heat and all so maybe I thought its a good idea to take 500mg again at night.

Now I feel nausea and I think I will throw in sometime, in terms of body temperature its rising now, I know next 6 hours will be hardest, is there any way to recover from this????
