Took 5mg Adderall on empty stomach

5mg shouldn't do much tbh, think they're just trying to be precautious if you're new to it. Maybe a mild comedown + low blood sugar (no idea the last time you ate) after it wears off

You're not necessarily supposed to feel something, you might just feel more focused while doing "tasks" or whatever, and that's a low dose, you shouldn't be taking Adderall anyway tbh don't you have heart issues?

10mg is considered low

you need to atleast be taking 20-30

20-30 is a lot when you’re new to it.
He’s gonna end up jerking it for 8 hrs straight off a 30

i was taking 20-30 when i was new because 10mg is such a light dose.

I didnt get alot of effects on 20-30 either tbh i was just using it for Appetite supression.

I had to use 40-50 to actually get shit done

i took 60mg ritalin and was hyper-focused but didnt sleep for 3 days, you need to up the dosage

It's the starting dose, I wasn't in control of what the psych decided to prescribe.

The leaking heart chamber that I have is too minor to be affected, but the Adderall is literally causing me to pass out rn like I literally fell asleep sitting upright and I just feel like total shit can't focus at all

IR, started feeling really drowsy around the hour and a half mark, fell asleep in my chair. Now I'm not so tired and have actually been focused on my homework. At the 3 hour mark currently.

IR, started feeling really drowsy around the hour and a half mark, fell asleep in my chair. Now I'm not so tired and have actually been focused on my homework. At the 3 hour mark currently.

prolly the come down tbh

at such a low dose its expected to start coming down at around an hour
ive neevr took 5mg but its prolly a low enough dose to do that

XR you come down after like 6-8 hours

so its like your good for half the day

try switching to XR

My psych is one of my moms best friends lol so I was pretty much given a cheat code for requesting whatever meds I want. I could ask for 50mg XR and she'd write the prescription within the same day. But yeah may request XR, it's either that or this med just brought on all my sleep deprivation and caused me to crash hard.

Yea i reccomend asking for 15 mg XR to try out

u could pop 2 if 1 doensnt tweak u out enough
and its kind of the perfect dose

dont expect to be hungry tho
