My chin is very long and square only good feature i have(mostly due to downward growth plus good chin genetics)althought i will for sure do some surgeries here.Fillers for sure and rhino.It's very cheap and you can see pretty good results if you search.

Probably bimax.I am low inhib in terms of surgeries because i am ugly and in the verge of roping.If you are ugly too,stop coping and do hardcore surgeries that include moving lower maxilla or other osteotomies.

Bro when u get a haircut next time tell the barber to shape the sides, they can really angle the face well. I have a diamond shaped head so it works perfectly for me because my cheekbones are the widest part of my face, but u have decent ones, get a fade on the sides tell them to shave with a blade and make a sharp side burn, a straight sideburn is not very attractive unless u have very very strong cheekbones and a very forward maxilla.
