Don't do topical liquid bhai. Find pills. Pills are designed to be slow releasing, meaning one pill will be getting absorbed little by little over the span of 10 hours. Topical liquid on the other hand is just straight up minox, meaning it'll immediately get absorbed and it'll overwhelm your body.
