Took Torasemide before school

So i took a diuretic for the first time ever (Torasemide)

The day before i ate low sodium like recommended and high in potassium and magnesium. Took 15mg about 1 hour before school and in the first 30 mins i had to go to the bathroom like 4-5 times. I felt light headed af and my vision became blurry sometimesit faded for like 5 seconds and couldn’t concentrate in school but worth it bro the debloat was really good (not insane but good) i think im bumping up to 20mgs i think its safe to say Tora> Furo
