I took your advice and shaved my hair.Is my PSL improved or is it the same?Still I think I need chin and jaw implants minimally.Also I do not like the side of my forehead,especially the part over the eyebrows.I feel like my browridge is fine but then it disappears over the eyebrows.What kind of surery is needed to fix it?Also making the tip of my nose small would be great.But anyway I am just dreaming cause financially I am not there yet

It doesnt look bad ngl. Probably much better if you still had hair with your level of NW. In my opinion, if you want to look good being bald, you should ogremaxx, like The Rock. Pack on muscle, try to grow a beard (stubble, doesnt need to be much) and you'll look masculine.

Went from 3.5 to 4.25 imo. You need stubble to get to 4.5 aka normie.
