any is fine. has fluoride = fine. if you're in US your water is likely flouridated anyway. just look for reminerelization on the box.

any fluoride one, also u can use baking soda if u want whiter teeth, just not all the time because it is very abrasive and and strip at your enamel. I would only use it 1-2 times a week.
