Because your local TikTok primal influencer tells you something is a certain way, it doesn't mean it's true. Gosh critical thinking and research is dead nowadays.

Do you understand the composition of blood? If you don't, then research it and come back to discuss this with actual evidence, you're acting like a sheep repeating what you're told instead of listening to the evidence. (saying this in the nicest, most constructive way possible)

Blood, again, is mostly water, it does contain some iron, but that aside it is very poor in most essential nutrients, fatty acids or protein. It's not that blood doesn't have those, it's that BLOOD IS MOSTLY WATER, so that shit is heavily diluted, meaning that to get any meaningful nutrition from it, you'd need to drink A LOT of blood. And at that point, why would you pick blood over other more available sources of nutrition?

Furthermore, as I said the only thing blood is good at providing is iron, so if you tried to get any meaningful amount of nutrients from blood, by the time you get there, you'd probably be experiencing iron toxicity.

It is not nutrient-dense, or a good for that matter.

Beef/Lamb (meat and organs), Salmon, Oysters, Eggs, Sardines, Dairy. Also, some animal products like nuts/seeds, leafy greens, kiwis, berries, etc. But in pure nutritional density animal products outperform plant products.

Anti-nutrients are certainly a thing, but they're overblown and not an issue for the majority of people. I don't think you should be consuming raw vegetables anyways, it's best if they're boiled or cooked in fats, or ideally fermented, which basically inhibits all the anti-nutrients.
