These surgeries and procedures like braces are one of the few where the results are basically always reliable and predictable

You can almost know exactly how its going to turn out

After Hair transplant you get your hair back

After Braces your teeth are straight and together

After LL you are taller

With something like rhinoplasty on the other hand things often go wrong or end up looking unnatural

and surgeries like bimax can sometimes give you only 0,1 SMV improvment

most of them look unnatural tbh or the results are underwhelming

Braces by themselves nah but combined with jaw surgery sure, this all comes down to each individual failos which is why it is hard to rank surgeries by ROI

If we were to do so it would have to be something like each surgery taking into account it is being performed in someone that is a perfect candidate [LL-short dude, DJS - very recessed]

Id argue that jaw surgery and hair transplant are better than LL

I mean this is undeniable true

Still you cant really predict the aesthetic results from DJS

LL would just make you taller and would fix the problem 100%

Truthnuke for bimaxcels i totally agree

the reason why i rank LL lower is because on a good candidate and with a good result DJS can be way more impactful not only aesthetically but functionally as well

i knew a user that got Lefort done and because of the sleep improvement he got way less anxious during the day and performed better in everything

whereas LL doesn't have extreme results, only good which is great btw
