1) There is a local company in my town that makes ice creams from buffalo milk with zero added sugar and some whey isolate. Has roughly only 1000kcal for a 2lb tub but has 80g of protein. The taste felt a bit bland at the beginning but I’m now so used to it, normal ice cream with normal sugar is no go for me.
2) Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries and cooled wild blueberries, a lil choco chips. Greek yogurt is only nauseating if you make it taste bad without any flavours. Don’t be boring.
3) Homemade 1 min microwave protein cup cake. Made with a scoop from the protein tub, some self rising floor, baking powder and baking soda, vanilla extract, cocoa powder. Then some Hersheys sugar free syrup and peanut butter as toppings. Goated.
