Apparently the UV only goes in a couple feet through windows. I got IPL done by a laser suergeon for rosacea and he was obsessed with avoiding the sun and even he said don’t worry about indoor sunlight unless really close to the window. He does however recommend that all his patients get their car windows tinted including the windshield because the car is a UV death trap and where the average person gets most of their UV exposure.

Everyone on here should be in the habit of applying sunscreen several times a day anyway. I put on a mineral at least twice a day, then chemical that I use as a moisturizer that I’ll apply a couple times to my face on top of the mineral, and then I have a spf 70 spray that I keep at my front door and spray myself down every time I walk outside. Once you find sunscreens you like this becomes very low effort and along with Botox/tret/sculptra I’m confident I’m going to be looking like I’m in my twenties into my fifties jfl, and then we will have another 20 years of anti aging technology so who tf knows it’s plausible if we play this right we could be the first generation to show little signs of aging into our seventies.

Is spf 30 enough or does it need to be spf 70
