This can't be said like that in general, you have to consider how tall/short and how good looking someone is. A true PSL 7 or even 6.5 face with masculine features on a 5'8" guy will attract more women than a 6'0" guy with a PSL 5.5 face or below (of course individual preference also matters but an extremely good looking face can definitely compensate for height).
