ppl be calling me mtn and low htn still. so i obviously lost weight, gymmaxxed, skinmaxxed, dietmaxxed if it makes sense. Avoided all the sweets and shit like that, with a cheat meal once a week. ice and potassium rich foods for debloat if u want i can make a post about all of it
