My number 1 is cod, and its not close imo, lile 18-19g of protein and like 80 cals its pretty much as protein dense as literall protein powder while being possibly my favourite fish, i just fry some and whip up some chive sauce or egg sauce, i cant truly describe how good it is. Mogs
2 is kvarg or flavoured greek yoghurt, like 56 cals 10g protein, my go to breakfast food or snack. Its n1 because it doesnt taste like a protein dense food even though its like 70% protein by cals
Number 3, chicken kebab, like 130 cals 19g protein, really low in fat even though it tastes pretty high in fat, i cant really tell the difference between it and a regular shwarma even though its cooked with like a teaspoon of oil for 500g and is lean
4. Protein bars and shakes, these are here because they are super tasty and can be picked up anywhere and eaten on the go. Thwyre not higher because they come in pretty small portion sizes and are expensive, homemade protein shales are a lot better in terms of dollar per g of protein but they taste significantly worse than those in stores
5 Tuna, pretty much as protein dense as cod if not more while being maybe better tasting. But that o ly applies to fresh tuna, i eat canned tuna most of the time but the taste of canned is like a 4. Its decent with some creme fraice sauce etc and can be made well pretty quick. If i or my mom was rich enough to eat fresh tuna every day wouldve been 1 but im not
Hm tenderloin less lean, like 25g 240cals i think, obviously taste wise a sirloin or ribeye mogs it to death but my parents dont let me cook a bunch of ribeye all the time because it would be expensive as shit obviously but a tenderloin is still good, i can just slap it down on the grill for a few minutes take it off and eat it with some sauce, mogs
