1. Cialis

Cialis gotta be the best one. Why? Because it’s the most versatile. You can use it on a blast, cruise, TRT and year round for the first of your life. It basically boosts blood flow, and that lowers BP, boosts insulin sensitivity, lowers e2, enhanced pump, helps kidney health.

5mg daily is a long term, sustainable dose. 10mg per workout if you’re feeling extra spicy.

2. Telmisartan

This is the best BP med on the market, but also because it does a lot of other things too. It boosts insulin sensitivity, reduces visceral fat, boosts endurance via PPAR-Y, can lower hematocrit and perhaps most importantly prevents LVH and cardiac remodelling and is kidney protective. So it lowers blood pressure, gives you a few niche benefits and saves your organs. W medication

20mg to 40mg a day. 20 if you want a microdose and 40 is the standard. Can go up to 80 if you’re on a whole bunch of gear and your BP is higher.

3. Ezetimibe

Basically helps with your lipids/ cholesterol. I ain’t gonna write more cause lipids is just a number and boring as shit Zzzzzz

I think 5mg is best. It provides 80-90% of the benefits of 10mg with less side effects. But 10mg is the standard dose and it’s really safe so you can just go for that if ya want.

4. Aromasin

e2 control. Enough said. Dosing varies too much based on an individual. It destroys the enzyme so you don’t have to worry about a rebound like with Arimidex. Less harsh on lipids. Has a Testosterone boosting effect.

I wouldn’t spam this too much though. E2 is good for you.

5. Supplements

Not a medication but Fish Oil, TUDCA, Magnesium, Citrus Bergamot, Astragalus Root, Zinc, Taurine, Electrolytes, Psyllium Husk and Digestive Enzymes

Dosing varies so just figure it out nigga

why wouldn’t you take all this if you’re on gear and already fucking up your health? For like 100 dollars a month you’re saving your organs, improving general health and getting like a million extra useful benefits (like joint lubrication from Fish Oil or better digestion from Psyllium Husk or better performance from Electrolytes) blah blah blah you get my point

Also, sleeping or eating better is literally anabolic 🤓

If you use these 5 things effectively and properly you can probably blast a lot more gear and for much longer and still stay safe. If you neglect em then well uhhh 😬

every ai boosts test letro does so the most estrogen rebound is significantly overstated it mostly just returns to baseline
if you crash e2 with aromasin it takes longer to return to baseline compared to something like arimidex

I’m aware of the pros and cons of each

Nearly every bodybuilder uses Aromasin

yea but nearly every bodybuilder thinks e2 rebound shouldnt be messed with
not to mention the fact that finasteride is fearmongered on meso
they arent all necessarily smart

Well there’s a reason for that

You can discuss both sides of the argument for hours

Personally I don’t like Fin for example but I can see why someone might think it’s fine

I think DHT is good for you

So anything that reduces DHT is bad

what benefits do you think dht carries post puberty?

if these were significant why are side effects on finasteride in studies rare?

Nearly 70% quit after 3 years in this meta analysis

Lots of people have side effects, there’s forums dedicated to PFS

Hope you’re monitoring your BP

Make sure you keep your Hematocrit under control too

yeah im monitoring my bp, even if it goes wrong my parents should have some bp meds laying around

do we know if its because of side effects or because they thought they wouldnt need the drug anymore to maintain results?
Doesn’t say.

Could be a mixture of both.

Its not universal practice yet, but i do believe retatrutide is number 1 or 2

your body still makes new aromatase enzymes when aromasin is used so snd it can still rebound. 2,5mg letrozole is the most common dose that nukes e2 into 10-18pg in studies so thats the best probably if you want to stop just titrate off

My list would be
1 dutasteride
2 rosuvastin
3 telmisartan
4 Aromasin
5 cialis

When I say it destroys the enzyme I don’t mean it destroys all of it, just the amount you want to target based on your dosage, so it keeps levels stable

Reta is very good but it’s more of a PED / Fat loss thing than it is a medication or ancillary
Hard disagree. Massively improves lipids, glucose handling and lower bp

Also greater insulin sensitivity and insulin secretion makes it a mechanistically wonderful pairing pushing carbs in the offseason especially leveraging gh

I didn’t say it doesn’t have benefits

I said in a category sense, I’d place it in PEDs over Ancillaries
You can place it in both.

I think youre undervaluing it as an ancillary though, especially as insulin resistance especially as a result of visceral fat accumlation is a massive issue bbs run in to in the offseason. This is directly countered by retatrutide one more on serveral levels

It improves basicly every metric of metabolic health in steroid users

You make a good point. I agree. I can see it being used solely for health benefits. Very underrated.

yes but your body still keeps making new aromatase so its the same as letro which just temporarily supresses the enzyme. and letro doesnt cross the brain barier as far as i know

Letro does cross BBB

they’ve been using it recently to treat brain cancer
