1. Very interesting and helps you identify stupid claims on this site easily. Especially useful if you still have biology ij highschool or university

2. Basically the only book regarding Business/Economics you'll need to read: Tldr : Hyperspecialisation in Geography or Product Space still allow "local" economies of scale and therefore monopolies in a globalised world

3. Sharpens your mind and useful for highschool/uni students taking chemistry classes

Seems interesting. Tldr??

One of the greatest books i ve ever read,
It gives you strategies to learn something deeply.

Combine strategies in the book with Cal newport's book deep work and you will become a master in the field you interested.

Unless you're living in balkan/EE German is extremely useless

Only languages worth learning :
English
Spanish
Portuguese

My goal is becoming a polyglot,spanish and portugese are in my list too.
Tbh I'm convinced learning languages other than English is mostly cope. It doesn't lead to higher income but costs a ton of time.

I don't have any bad habits so i got so much free time.
Language acquisition is like playing video games to me,it s fun and worths it.

(And by any i m literally meaning any, i dont even watch tv,play video games-except chess- ,surf in social media. I disciplined myself over years)

----

-Skill acquisition

-Language acquisition

-Learning via books,podcasts,articles etc.

None of those are waste of time.
Those things makes you smarter direct or indirect ways and all of them changes your brain structure over time.

If you re looking for more benefits you can search "your brain on language acquisition" or "how learning languages changes your brain".

How did you achieve that?
My goal is to spend 1-2 hours / day on sports/skin/hair/fashion/hygiene and 10 hours studying STEM

But my concentration and motivation fades quickly especially if I'm not solving the tasks correctly :feelswhy:

By turning them into habits;

I play chess for 2 hours everyday
I meditate for 1 hour everyday
I read 50 pages everyday
I study german for 1 hour everyday

I wake up at 06.00 everyday
I make my bed everyday
I brush my teeth everyday
I wash my face 20 times everyday

I m trying to get into university so i study for 5 hours everyday

(mostly math cuz it s the only discipline i m bad at)

I cant go to the gym because as i said i m studying for university but i do exercises to fix my posture and walk everyday 4000 steps to lose weight.
10 hours studying STEM
Wow that looks so much i highly recommend you to read Cal Newport's deep work book.

Because you re trying to do so many things and by the way you can't rely on motivation.

Turning tasks into habits makes discipline easier.

You can start by;

-Fixing up your sleep routine
-Destroying your bad habits (i saw one in one of your comments you don't use social media except whatsapp so it s a good start)
-Studying for 3 hours focused everyday
-Finishing hardest tasks first thing in the morning

---

I m using this app for tracking my progress it s a great app for habits;

And following my skill progress in this;

Start small,keep going.

I'm not sure about 6:00. Our daily performance curve shows that our highest performance is usually between 9:00-12:00 and 16:00-20:00. Therefore waking up at 6 am is pointless.

Originals

For any logic based subject ( math, physics, cs, chemistry, some of biology) doing practice exams and exercises in a group setting is perfect

For other stuff ( vocabulary, terms, formulas, concepts) active recall with daily use of flashcards is ideal. Like quizlet or real flashcards

I cant go to the gym because as i said i m studying for university but i do exercises to fix my posture and walk everyday 4000 steps to lose weight.

I m using habit loop for tracking as i said and it doesn t have a feature like that but;

End of the year is so close (74 days) you can try to fix things up till 2022 and then we set higher goals and then give each other reports in the end of 2022 or every month?
