Yes man east European countries are the best ones in Europe by far. In Italy I genuinely think like 50% of the male population between 18-30 are incels, the situation is brutal

I saw a lot of italians tourist in the place i worked a lot of the italians were mad short and average looking same goes for spanish men . Germans ,french ,dutch were the tallest and best looking .
