Top lip is different color than bottom lip

How do I make both of my lips the same color.

Depends. If it’s due to pigmentation, wear a spf and use vit c. If you were born w it, it is what it is. You could bleach it but I dunno

I'm not really that ethnic.
White American father + White Brazilian mother.

I'm white, if not 'white passing'. Bottom lip is pink, top lip is a darker pink. Very annoying.
