Make a fake foid account and these types of guys are shown first. The algorithm detects swipe rate on everyone and over time they get ranked..

Unless you're brand new (n00b boost).. or they have had their account for a long time and over a period of weeks/months, they finally come across you. In which case, all that swiping has left them extremely jaded.. and nobody is good enough.
