top rhino surgeons for males?

I've heard Grigoryants is good. Not sure who else is worth consulting. I know Z does rhinos, but I need someone that's also invested in my deviated septum being corrected.

Grigoryants is good, what exactly do you need done? I think most surgeons that are touted on P/S/L can give you decent results.

Cosmetically - shaving the hump, narrowing the width, and deprojection/narrowing/rotation of the tip.
Functionally - deviated septum and some other breathing issues need to be handled.

I may ask Zarrinbal if he's able to handle the function, but I don't think he will. I do like his results though and I'd be able to pair the chin shield at the same time.

i've found a 1.5k very good surgeon in this area of the world. Leanmaxxing and then go for it, post lazik and then fillers max+gymcel since mouth widening surgery is a scam.

the shit eppley does which is ultra scrary and scam.
mse cost too much for both me and @Notuglyjustpoor compared to the results since we have good bones but only lacks mouth wideness.

i guess doing MSE then nose job is the way to go. If i can do all my surgeries for below 8k i'll be happy.

nose job, and ideally lower eyelid retractation - anything else won't give proper results imo - and mouth widening. Since the last one don't seem to be possible then i guess i'll forget about it.
Ideally, i can ask for gonion fillers since my lower third is good.
