Topical Aminexil for penis enlargement?

Aminexil is a structural analogue of Minoxidil that diminishes hair loss by inhibiting lysyl oxidase's activity and expression at the mRNA level.

Lysyl oxidase is a copper-dependent enzyme that's crucial for cross-linking collagen and elastin. Its inhibition via anti-LOX, alongside a vacuum device (penis pump) has been shown to induce significant penile lengthening in mice through remodeling of the tunica albuginea. No adverse effect on erectile function was seen.

Keeping that in mind, how well would Aminexil work for dickmaxxing? No systemic effects were shown when applied to balding spots and a penis' surface area is even smaller.

Could be interesting for those doing PE, even moreso if also injecting Ghk-Cu.

Dermarolling by itself *may* help with tunica remodeling. Did he recommend a specific dermarolling length?

Dht gel helps increase the rate of gain, at least according to the personal experience from one of the main figures on the PE space (he used high concentration cream, no dermarolling), and may also help with catch up growth in cases of stunted development (micropenis, opioid use in puberty, etc).

That being said, you really don't need to go that far, and going so far as getting it systemic by dermarolling is a bad idea for many different reasons.
