Got prescribed topical anti-androgens (local test blockers basically) for hormonal acne a month ago after typical topical treatments (tretinoin, tazarotene) were ineffective. Has helped my skin a lot, but was wondering if there were potential side effects, mainly lowering test. Anyone have experience with these?

Some of the topical anti-androgens will definitely get into your bloodstream and have anti-androgenic effects in other tissues, but bioavailability through that route is very poor, it will have an effect, but it's insignificant. Not worth worrying about.
