Topical corticosteroids for nose thinning: how far they migrate, so that I don't fuck up whole face?

So I've started Clobetasol for thinning thick nose skin, problem is,

I don't want the corticosteroid cream to thin other areas of face as well, am I good if I only apply the cream to the nose? Will it migrate?

Any experience with it?

a quick google search and you see what happens to corticosteroid users, anyway it’s intuitive
when i read corticosteroid in the bull i associate with bad things
