this was pretty effective in my experience but currently I'm just using oral 1.25mg per day

Isn’t 5ml quite a lot ? If you only add it on your temples around 1-2ml is needed ?

yeah this was assuming you want full scalp coverage, you could prob just use 1-2ml to cover temples and hairline, so in this case if you want total topical dose to be the same it would be like 0.025% solution (0.5mg dissolved in 2ml, or you could reduce the dose and keep concentration the same (with maybe only 0.2mg fin dissolved in 2ml carrier resulting in 0.01% solution again)
