add a topical wnt upregulator if you dont want minoxidil
something ideal would be ky19382, but valproic acid would also work as a cheaper option

idk tbh i just know it works in studies
you can compound it yourself if you want
dut isnt usually sold in topical formulation cus its molecular weight is too high to penetrate deeply
