A moderate concentration lowers scalp DHT by quite a lot whilst only lowering serum levels by around 30% at most apparently

Im not balding bad -one side has lesser hair though and looks like im balding but the derma said that my hair is fine after checking it- so im applying daily 1 spray on my scalp on each side
1 spray contains 0,114mg finasteride

Yeah topical effect is similar to that of oral finasteride, but with lower systemic exposure and less impact on serum DHT concentrations. It's around 35% serum DHT reduction when applying topically vs 60-70% with oral Finasteride.
But again for DHT is a trash hormone after puberty so idc if systemic suppression is less with topical Finasteride, if you're in puberty though you obviously want to avoid suppressing your dht systemically

if i remember correctly 0,25% since it has similar efficacy to 1 mg oral finasteride. So anything more is unnecessary with fin and wont lead to any more meaningful hair gains

Im not norwooding (yet) but have naturally thinner hair on one temple so it looks like I am. Wonder if minoxidil could thicken them up to match the surrounding follicles
