its alright , i been using it 1-2x daily for about two months and I've definitely seen improvements in an overall healthy look to my skion, but my baseline was low. Nothing major and improvement has been tapering off but you should stary with it before pinning. I used 1% bwt and olympex solutions has a 30% but idk how good it is
