Does topical ghkcu (while microneedling with a derma stamp) have any side effects for someone with their growth plates open? I’m 13 and just bought a derma stamp and about to buy Thrones ghkcu topical serum.

well I’ve heard injecting ghkcu can lower igf1 so I didn’t know if microneedling did the same

topical ghk-cu barely penetrates the skin and if it does all the effects are localized, most ghk-cu serums are low in percentage and even with derma stamping it's debatable if the effects are noticeable, so no it doesn't have enough potency to enter your system and affect your hormones or insulin.
