Topical ibuprofen

I heard about oral ibuprofen for debolating and decided to try it topically for a more localised effect. All in all worked much better than i thought and it was fully working after an hour and a half. Ofcourse diuretics are way better but this wasnt to bad.

Just wanted to share my experience, hope this helps.

There's no reason to use topical ibuprofen to debloat. Diuretics basically make you piss out all your water soluble nutrients.

I actually really agree with you but sometumes that can be difficult and these are some crappy work arounds im looking at

Again the corrolation isnt high but can be obesrved, from you raw diet claim are you much of a naturalist then or is just dietery
