Does anyone have experience with topical tretinol, i got from my doctor gel “acnatac” which have tretinol in it but after three months of using it every night i only got dry skin and my acne was even worst then before, i already know it could be purge phase but i dont think it would stay that long, i stopped using it and my acne got way better until now like around 2months after shopping using it my acne went back, i still have that gel but i dont know how to using it, can anyone help me? Btw i cant take accutane Cuz my doctor didnt let me get it
