Topical minoxidil once or twice a day?

Most doctors recommend twice a day, but idk how much more of a difference that would make. Obv it would show faster results but if the difference is not that huge i would rather spread it out so it lasts longer and i save money

depends what ur goal is

you will still get results once a day since minoxidil has a 18-22 hour half life, but if you want to maximize the results you should do it twice daily, you could also get 7% instead of 5% to counteract the loss of not doing it twice daily

there is slight I think I read somewhere that it was like compareable to swapping from 3% to 5% but im not really sure about that.

but ur right its not a huge difference but I still think it would be beneficial for someone doing it only twice a day just to make sure u get that little extra
