Topical minoxidil with pets?

I’m hopping on test soon and i think im already seeing hair fall out but it could be because i barely eat and am a bit sick
i want to use topical minoxidil as my steroid source doesn’t have finesteride
I have a dog, does anyone with experience have any advice? When should i apply and what precautions should i take?

What are you genueinly asking the dog isnt going to eat your hair and just wash your hands after applying, Even if some got on its hair then it would prolly just grow a cool coat.

and yeah obviously not feed the dog
also my hairs falling out n shi what if my dog goes on my pillow or bed or some shit and the minoxidil kills him
