castor oil has low to at most moderate results
oral min high results usually
topical min usually midrange overall but consistent just use topical and oral, kitchen sink method

I havent done research on castor oil. One of my siblings bought it and i started using it on my eyebrows since i heard it gives hair growth. It really did make a difference using castor oil, so i can confirm castor oil isnt cope but it might be different results for different people
