Topical + Oral minox?

The shedding is only temporary, think of it as shedding the weak ones out, also oral minox is much better due to it being a systemic medication, and its much easier to take compared to the topical one

You don't need to stop but there is a thread on oral minox on how it bloats you, but it gives you a way on how to prevent the bloat. (now mark me as solution it's the check mark on my right)

I started oral and stopped topical, you can do 5mg and after you have full effects which is like 12-18 months you can lower it to 2.5 for maintenance. Bloating doesn’t matter as long as you aren’t 12% bf. I’m currently 20% cutting down so it doesn’t really matter anyways since im fat not bloated . Quick tip is taking it in the evening so 80% of the bloating happens while you are sleeping
