So, as far as I’m aware, you can use ru58841 which was made to block dhts affect at the scalp for hair loss and it does it’s job well for that but,

as you may know, DHT is also making your sebacious glands grow, which is a main cause of acne and it makes your nose appear much larger, so potentially applying ru58841 at the skin may have affects similar to Accutane but working through the pathway of skin DHT inhibition, I have a website to buy it but I’m interested in anyone’s heard of someone trying this before?

because I think there was a study on mice where they used it and their sebacious glands shrunk by like 60 percent or something so hopefully that should work the same in humans the only problem is that I’m not sure about the actual biovaliability of it and how much will actually absorb through the skin or even what the serum is like

please bump this thread, if it gets like over 20 reps and a bunch of replies I will buy it and test it out

It makes sense mechanistically, and i've been doing it semi consistently on top of my 2.5mg dutasteride (gotta prevent roids from raping my youth indicators lmao)

RU58841 doesn't have any published safety data though so it's a risk you have to accept, personally I'm trying to get my hands on clascoterone, as it's the only topical androgen antagonist that's currently FDA approved.

what exactly does RU do better than finasteride for example

finasteride doesnt block the type of DHT that enlarges pores, there’s type 1 and 2
