I would recommend to make your own strong serum if you can’t pin and derma stamp before but pinning will always be more effective.

If you only want to get rid of the acne scars, use GHK-Cu topically

If you not only want to get rid of acne scars bus also face fat, pin it, but just know there is a high risk of infection when pinning it, which can be fatal especially around the face
