shoulder, front delt and trap
Is "trap" at top of the shoulder blade/scapulae? Front delt pain could easily be pec tear/injury since those muscles insert next to each other and are hard to feel in isolation. Maybe you should go get this checked out especially by a physiotherapist last thing you want to do is make your injury worse since it can become permanent or getting full rotator cuff tears(can only be fixed with surgery).

Could be multiple injuries, so yeah get it checked out. Also do you keep a balanced shoulder routine? Really important to train rear delts and rear rotator cuffs, lateral raises and shoulder press are great too. Then making sure you got strong lower traps and rhomboids too and serratus anterior. You need strong rear rotator cuffs to bench press safely without risk of injury

yeah i train front and rear delts as well as lats, it was just the fact my left shoulder was always a little dodgy from previous sports injuries so i guess i made it worse, not the biggest deal but unfortunate i cant go to the gym for a lil while

Lower traps are really important for shoulder stability too, actually all muscles are important. I would say lats are the least important probably of all back and shoulder blade muscles(plus lats don't even insert on shoulder blades in some people)

I needed to stop sleeping on my sides and stomach completely to keep my shoulders healthy.. had rotator cuff and shoulder issues bad over a decade ago until I adopted 100% back sleeping especially on the floor(lol). Sleeping on your sides especially can slowly grind down your rotar cuff tendons in your sleep... maybe look into that too.
