1. How to measure.
To calculate your total fwhr you need to divide the length of the face by its width. The width of the face is measured by the width of the cheekbones. And the length is from the tip of chin to the hairline.

Example of measuring

360 : 275 = 1.3

2. Ideal range.
The perfect fwhr is 1.3-1.4. Decent tier is 1.25-1.45. And anything shorter than 1.25 or longer than 1.45 is either sfs or horseface.
