Is this done in Korea? Looks like they moved both lips up so nose to philtrum and chin to philtrum would be changed as well.

Also avoids the gay upper lip that would come from only getting your upper lip pulled up.

It’s about proportions. Ideal philtrum is 2-2.3 times shorter than the nose. My current philtrum is 1.7 times shorter than my nose, which throws off my ratios quite a bit. My chin to philtrum ratio would improve, nose to philtrum would improve, and my midface would go from a 1.02 to a 1.07.

She got philtrum shortening (5 mm) through a crescent flap combined with maxillary impaction (6 mm), mandibular advancement (8 mm), and genioplasty (8 mm).

Maybethis was a full thickness modification of the lip lift.
