but i think clean diet is caloric deficit.. like eat always lil bit less than you need
and of course not too much sugar

yes starving is of course not good
i mean, 1-2 starving is Okay but longer than 3 days is not good

im since 2 years in a deficit and feel great (also lost good amount of weight)

i tried it once, worst ever experience
my family was made at me because i farted all the time
I've never tried it. Doesn't sound healthy. He probably means avoid processed food/sugar/alcohol, which is one of the few things people tend to agree on are actually bad.

When people talk about carbs, meat, etc. people never agree so just do what you like there tbh.

I lived badly for a few weeks bhai, even yesterday went out for ethnic food, but today back to being super duper clean.

Stopping jerking, edging, etc straight away.

Healthy carbs (whole grains, pasta, rice, potato)
Good amount of veg and fruit daily
Limit cheat meals
0 fast food
Severely limit sugar (non-fruit)
Limit caffeine as much as possible

Red and white meat is ideal (avoid p*rk) plus vegetables

Meat fruit and veggies and nuts is all you need. Carbs should be mostly avoided

Also went 22:2 Intermittent fasting

I only eat two hours a day

Never felt healthier and more alive

just got back from Hawaii and all I ate was poke :p

Nibba i drink 6 cups a day

It presents too many problems eventually

Piss too much, always need to take water

It's definately lower on the priorities list but I prefer to only have 2 coffees and a green tea daily

Yea 6 cups is too much , I usually just drink a cup in the morning
 
I stopped fapping and edging but still watch porn when doing daily habits like eating breakfast or brushing teeth. HOW THE HELL I AM SUPPOSE TO STOP AFTER BEING ADDICTED FOR OVER 20 YEARS
